Figuring Out People
Most people struggle to understand why others (and themselves) think, communicate, and behave so differently — and don’t have the tools to navigate or change those differences effectively.
“Why can’t I figure other people out?” This is perhaps the most universal complaint. “Why is she like that?” “Why can’t he just listen?” “Why does he always react that way?” People feel perpetually confused by others and helpless to change the dynamic. They sense that something is going on beneath the surface, but have no map for it.
More specifically, the course addresses several interconnected problems:
Misunderstanding and miscommunication. People naturally interpret others through their own mental filters and behavioural patterns, leading to conflict, frustration, and failed relationships — personally and professionally. The course teaches “meta-programs” (the deep perceptual filters that shape how people process reality) so participants can decode why people respond the way they do.
Ineffective attempts at change. Without understanding the structure of behaviour, people try to change themselves or others in ways that don’t stick. The course provides practical psychological frameworks — drawn from NLP and leading models in psychology — to create permanent, positive change rather than surface-level fixes.
Limited self-awareness. People operate from meanings and mental models they’ve never examined, which restricts their quality of life.
The course addresses this directly: “The quality of your life is a function of the quality of your meanings,” pushing participants to take ownership of how they interpret the world.
Poor people skills in professional contexts. For coaches, leaders, therapists, and communicators, not understanding human behavioural differences means generic, ineffective approaches. The ICF-accredited program gives professionals a rigorous, evidence-informed toolkit for working with diverse people.
In short, the course solves the problem of behavioural blindness — the inability to read, understand, and positively influence human behaviour in yourself and others.
Figuring Out People make the crucial point that meta-programs deal not with what people are, but with how they function. This course is for anyone who is passionate about supporting themself and others in making permanent positive change, and who want to be at the forefront of human development.
This program is ICF accredited for 17 core competency hours and 3 resource development hours.
As you learn the very structure of behaviour, you’ll gain a practical guide to acknowledge the way people communicate, learn and change so that you can communicate for more complete and sustainable solutions. You’ll use incredible techniques to bring about positive and profound life change.

Before my first session I had difficulty with habitual unwise decision making. After my second session I’ve had multiple challenges to this and have had personal successes with each event that has arisen.
