Day 3 – The Language. What an employee’s exact words reveal about how they’re stuck. Precision questions that clear up vagueness. Spotting the cognitive distortions that keep problems alive.
Day 4 – The Thinking. Detecting the thinking pattern behind the problem. Crafting the Critical Question and when needed, the Torpedo Question that cuts straight through the story to the frame holding everything in place.
